The land beyond the forests was and is surrounded like no other by legends and myths that are not limited to howling wolves and Dracula.

Sibiu / Hermannstadt, founded in 1150 by German settlers, is one of the most beautiful and well kept medieval towns in Romania. It was European Capital of Culture in 2007.
Not only in the towns, but also in the tranquil villages and small towns, tradition and customs have been well preserved.
Undestroyed landscapes, high forest mountains like in a picture book, and the Southern Carpathians with their rocky high alpine character invite us to discover.
